Jr Hotels Gate 7 Bologna, Calderara di Reno

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a heavenly bed, but unfortunately, they reeked of cigarette ash, which was a major downside. On the bright side, the hotel is quite big, and the bed was indeed comfy. The location is convenient with easy access from Bologna Central Station and to the airport, although it's only suitable for short stays between flights. The service was exceptional, especially in helping me retrieve a forgotten item, but there were delays during breakfast service. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices, which was definitely a highlight. However, the dining experience was below average compared to other hotels I've visited in Italy. The facilities were decent, providing essential services like room cleaning and laundry. Overall, it was a decent stay considering the value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of a bus stop and close to the airport, making it suitable for early morning flights. It offers spacious rooms, ideal for families, although it may not be the first choice for a regular stay.

I found my stay at this hotel to be quite pleasant overall. The rooms were newly decorated, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a kettle for hot drinks. The bed was exceptionally comfy, making for a relaxing night's sleep. Accessing the hotel from Bologna Central Station using bus #91 was convenient, and the breakfast provided was simply fantastic. However, the lack of bathrobes and the limited offering from the dining service were slight drawbacks worth noting.
